Online shopping can be tough! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the product you want. That’s why we offer unlimited returns or exchanges as long as your item is unused and in its original packaging. We’ll even pay for your shipping. If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us at LYGshipping@lyg.org.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If an item is stained, damaged, or shows other signs of obvious wear, it won’t qualify for a return, refund, or exchange. Defective or damaged items are automatically eligible for a full refund on your form of payment.
Once we receive and inspect your return or exchange, we’ll send you an email letting you know the status of your order. If you are receiving a full refund on your form of payment, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within ten business days. If you are receiving store credit, we will email a gift card to your address on file.
If you haven’t received a refund within ten business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before they officially post your refund. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before they process a refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at LYGshipping@lyg.org. We’d be happy to help you figure it out.
To return or exchange your item within the parameters we listed above, please contact LYGshipping@lyg.org, and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange sale items. All sales on discounted items are final. If you would like to return an item that was marked as a gift when the buyer purchased it and shipped it directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will email a gift certificate to you.
